Do I need a user account to order?

You can also place an order without a user account. However, an account is helpful for future orders because your data is already stored.

Can I also order custom-made products?

We are happy to make special orders for you. Just contact us at service@hutchputch.de and tell us your wishes. Please note that the production and delivery times can be longer than for regular products.

How do I cancel my order?
