How long can I exchange my products?
For an exchange or return, send your product back to us within 21 days.
How does an exchange work?
To exchange your item for a different color, please use our Returns portal.
If you want to exchange something for a different size or for a completely new item with a different price, you have to return your order and place a new one.
How does a return work?
You can cancel your order within 14 days and start the return process here. Use the shipping label generated by DHL for your return to the address:

Are returns free of charge?
Unfortunately, we have to charge you the shipping costs for a return. Returns are a major burden for our environment, which is why we try to avoid them in advance by providing good product images and detailed descriptions. For reasons of sustainability, we have therefore decided not to pay the return costs. Exceptions are, of course, defective articles which you can of course return free of charge.
How do I get my money back and how long does it take?
Your money will be refunded via the original payment method as soon as we have received the goods from you. This can take up to 7 business days after the return has been received.
How will I be notified that you have received my return?
As soon as we have received your return, you will receive an email from us and we will refund the purchase price.
What do I do if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
We are sorry that you received faulty goods. Even though we personally pack every package and make sure that everything meets our high standards, there can always be small flaws in our hand-sewn products. If you have any questions, please contact us at service@hutchputch.de
