How long does the shipping take?

Usually, we ship within 3-5 business days. Some of our products, such as oversize bedding, we make only at the time of order. Therefore, these products vary from our standard delivery times. We have marked these products with a note in the description. Please check before you order if there is a note about the delivery of the product.

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. Customers in Switzerland can order from out partner www.hillaundkiki.ch.

How much are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs within Germany are free above an order value of 49€ and within the EU above an order value of 69€. For orders below these values shipping costs are 3.99€ within Germany and 7.99€ in the EU. For worldwide deliveries shipping costs are 30€.

Which shipping company do you work with?

We ship our packages with DHL.

Can I have my order delivered to a packing station?

Since we ship with DHL, delivery to a packing station is also possible.

Where is my order?

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link that you can use to track your order. If you have any further questions, you can also contact service@hutchputch.de any time.
