Vegan Berry Crumble
Ingredients:
- 4 apples
- 350g frozen berries
- lemon juice
- 100g vegan butter
- 150g spelt flour
- 7 5 g cane sugar
- Cinnamon
- Optional: fresh berries and sliced almonds for decoration
Here's how:
Step 1 : Preheat the oven to 200 degrees top and bottom heat.
Step 2 : Wash and cut the apples into small pieces and add lemon juice and cinnamon over them.
Step 3: Add the sliced apples along with the frozen berries into a tart pan.
Step 4: For the crumble, mix flour, sugar and warm butter.
Step 5: Put the crumbles on the berries in the mold and bake everything for 25 minutes at 200 degrees top and bottom heat.
Step 6: Decorate the crumble with fresh berries and sliced almonds if desired. Enjoy!
Pink Drink-Grapefruit Thyme Frizz
Ingredients:
- juice of half a grapefruit
- 2 cl grenadine syrup
- thyme
- blood orange lemonade
- crushed ice
Here's how:
Step 1: Squeeze the grapefruit and then mix together the crushed ice, grapefruit juice, grenadine syrup and thyme in a cocktail mixer.
Step 2: Top up with blood orange lemonade and garnish with thyme and grapefruit. Cheers!
